Process For Roofing

What is the process for roofing and how long does it generally take?

  1. 1. First, call to get a free roof inspection and estimate. 614-766-8100. We are a Columbus Ohio Roofing Company.
  2. 2. Roof inspector will come to your home within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. 3. Roof inspector will conduct a full roof inspection and measure your roof and make note of possible problem areas.
  4. 4. Within 24 – 48 hours you will receive a complete proposal with pricing and each component itemized.
  5. 5. No high pressure sales – you will not be asked to sign a contract. We will follow up with you to be sure you understand what we have proposed. We will review the proposal with you by phone or in person – what ever you feel most comfortable with.
  6. 6. Once you have decided to work with us, we will schedule a meeting with you so you can review material and color choices. We have a simple contract that we will fill out the details and sign.
  7. 7. You have the right to cancel any time prior to work being started. We will not cash your check until the work starts.
  8. 8. A work order and a material order will be generated to be reviewed by our production department.
  9. 9. After the materials have been ordered, and we determine the date of the material delivery, the production schedule is set. We contact the customer to inform them of the estimated start date. (The date may change based on weather conditions.)
  10. 10. Materials show up at the customer's house. (This usually takes place the day the work begins or the day before)
  11. 11. Our crews will be sent out to perform the work as detailed in the customer's contract. The crew is supervised by an on-site foreman. The company owner will also show up that day to assure that everything is completed as discussed with the customer.
  12. 12. Most projects for residential customers are completed within 1 to 2 days.
  13. 13. After the project is completed the sales rep will contact the customer to set up a date and time to inspect the completed project.
  14. 14. The sales rep will come to the home and walk the property with the customer to assure that the customer is 100% satisfied.
  15. 15. Once the sales rep and the customer both approve the project, the sales rep will provide the customer with a final invoice and pick up the final payment.
